use our services ('Services'), including when you:
- Use GMB Manager. GMB Manager is a business tool that connects to your Google My
Business (GMB) profiles through your Google account. The application
allows you to view, manage, and update information across multiple
business listings from a single dashboard. GMB Manager accesses your
GMB profile data with your permission to display business details such
as name, address, phone numbers, website URLs, business hours, and
other public listing information. The application stores your selected
profile settings and preferences to automate updates to your Google My
Business listings, ensuring your business information remains
consistent and up-to-date across all profiles. GMB Manager also
provides scheduled monitoring and update capabilities that
periodically check your profiles and apply your preferred settings
without requiring manual intervention.

you with the option to register with us using your
existing social media account details, like your Facebook,

All personal information that you provide to us must be true,
complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes
to such personal information.

use, or navigate the Services. This information does not

diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically

type, and settings and information about your activity in the
Services(such as the
date/time stamps associated with your usage, pages and files
viewed, searches, and other actions you take such as which

6. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?
In Short: If you choose to register or log in to our Services using a social
media account, we may have access to certain information about you.
Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your
third-party social media account details (like your Facebook or X
logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile
information about you from your social media provider. The profile
information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider
concerned, but will often include your name, email address, friends
list, and profile picture, as well as other information you choose to
make public on such a social media platform.
We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are
described in this Privacy Notice or that are otherwise made clear to
you on the relevant Services. Please note that we do not control, and
are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by
your third-party social media provider. We recommend that you review
their privacy notice to understand how they collect, use, and share
your personal information, and how you can set your privacy
preferences on their sites and apps.
7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil
the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required
by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is
necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a
longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax,
accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal
information for longer than the period of time in which users
have an account with us.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your
personal information, we will either delete or anonymise such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because
your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we
will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further
processing until deletion is possible.

9. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children
under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal
information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at
least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and

that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has
been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable

Switzerland, and Canada), you have
certain rights under applicable data protection laws. These may
include the right (i) to request access and obtain a copy of your
personal information, (ii) to request rectification or erasure; (iii)
to restrict the processing of your personal information; (iv) if
applicable, to data portability; and (v) not to be subject to
automated decision-making. In certain circumstances, you may also have

your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by

However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the
processing before its withdrawal nor,
when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted

11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile
applications include a Do-Not-Track ('DNT') feature or setting you
can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data
about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At
this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals
or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice
not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is
adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about
that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web
browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or
legal standard for recognising or honouring DNT signals, we do not respond
to them at this time.

Will your information be shared with anyone else?
We may use your personal information for our own business purposes,
such as for undertaking internal research for technological
development and demonstration. This is not considered to be 'selling' of your personal information.
We have not disclosed, sold, or shared any personal information to
third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding
twelve (12) months. Wewill not sell or share personal information in the future
belonging to website visitors, users, and other consumers.

You have rights under certain US state data protection laws. However,
these rights are not absolute, and in certain cases, we may decline your

How to Exercise Your Rights

We will honour your opt-out preferences if you enact the
Global Privacy Control
(GPC) opt-out signal on your browser.
Under certain US state data protection laws, you can designate an authorised
agent to make a request on your behalf. We may deny a request from an authorised
agent that does not submit proof that they have been validly authorised
to act on your behalf in accordance with applicable laws.
Request Verification
Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to
determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in
our system. We will only use personal information provided in your
request to verify your identity or authority to make the request.
However, if we cannot verify your identity from the information already
maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information
for the purposes of verifying your identity and for security or
fraud-prevention purposes.
If you submit the request through an authorised agent, we may need to collect
additional information to verify your identity before processing your request
and the agent will need to provide a written and signed permission from you
to submit such request on your behalf.Appeals
Under certain US state data protection laws, if we decline to take
action regarding your request, you may appeal our decision by emailing

action taken or not taken in response to the appeal, including a written

California 'Shine The Light' Law
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the 'Shine The Light' law, permits our users who are California residents to request and
obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories
of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing
purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared
personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are
a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit
your request in writing to us by using the contact details provided in the
section 'HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?'
